Sponsorship for  the stallion �Ramas Santo Stefano� (Ramazotti)
presently in preparation to participate at the  European Dressage Championships 2011 in Rotterdam and subsequently at the Olympic Games 2012 in London in the discipline of �Dressage�.

Background:
�Ramas� is a splendid stallion born in Italy 2001 with purely German pedigree and Italian passport (offspring of the world-famous dressage stallion �Rubinstein I� out of a dam of equally world-famous �Polydor�). 
Owner: Scuderia Santo Stefano srl., breeder of top quality sports horses in Italy. 

Rider: 
Piero Sangiorgi - only Italian participant in dressage at the Olympic Games in China 2008, participant at World Equestrian Games in Lexington/Kentucky 2009. Piero Sangiorgi was successful in numerous national and international Grand Prix events and is supposedly Italy�s best dressage rider. He is Federal Instructor for Dressage and teaches young dressage riders at his equitation centre near Bologna.

Under his preparation the stallion Ramazotti is now successful  in category �Grand Prix�   thus having  very good chances to qualify under him for the Olympic Games in London 2012 and to participate for Italy.

Requirements:
The preparation will include intense training  by  Anky van Grunsven  (winner of Olympic gold and recognized as the most successful  dressage rider and trainer of the world), as well as participation in a number of international dressage competitions.

For the definite qualification a number of international Grand Prix events is required. The choice of the competitions is up to the decision of the rider and will most probably include Pompadour (France), Lipizza (Slovenia), Hagen (Germany) and some place in Holland. Costs will be incurred for transport of the horse, travelling of the rider, insurance, medical care and upkeep like special feeding as well as equipment. And of course fees for the instructor Anky van Grunsven.

Sponsorship
Sponsorship will be published  in a network of numerous websites, on facebook and in a series of illustrated press reports worldwide as the breeders of �Ramas� are journalists working on international level. Regular videos on Youtube and corresponding embeddings in the network of websites will be published as well.

Sponsorship could include corresponding change of the name of the horse  �SPONSORNAME� + RAMAS SANTO STEFANO�.

Required amounts
The estimated amount required for necessary expenses for preparation between now and the beginning of the European Championships in Rotterdam is � 50,000,--, another  Euro 50,000 from the Europeans to the Olympic Games. This would include the change of name.
 

The value of the horse at present is around Euro 250,000. Participation at the Olympic Games will render him �Performer�/Sire enabling to cover mares all over the world under the roof of  powerful WORLD BREEDING ASSOCIATION. This would double his value  adding to his fame the title �Italy`s best breeding stallion�.
